Our dedicated property management software assists us to provide a full property accounting service to the client including the running of the service charge from supplier payments to income collection, the setting and monitoring of annual budgets, the preparation of service charge accounts and obtaining a professional audit if required.
All service charge monies are held in dedicated client accounts and the practice covers full professional indemnity insurance as required by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
